A revolutionary approach to chronic tension, pain and postural asymmetries. By assessing and understanding the ways in which integration between the left and right side of the body and the brain has become biased, patterned and locked the root cause of otherwise unexplained, chronic or idiopathic pain, tension, impingement and instability can be understood.
Postural Restoration (PRI) uses in-depth neurological and functional assessment, breathwork and movement & sense based techniques to re-position and re-program the way your brain processes sense and space to drive or release tightness and tension in your own body. Manual techniques such as fascial release, trigger point release, structural integration and joint mobilisation may also be indicated to assist with this goal.
All PRI sessions include assessment, manual therapy and instruction in homecare exercises and are billed as Registered Massage Therapy.


Postural Restoration (online)

Postural Restoration (PRI) is a way to debug and reprogram the postural system of the brain. Guiding the postural system through sense and movement integration to have efficient stance and swing, compression and decompression capabilities can relieve pain and tension all over the body and create efficient strength, movement and breathing.

Personal Training

Personal training is a service that creates and delivers safe and effective exercise programs. Personal training is a service that creates and delivers safe and effective exercise programs. A Personal Trainer will collaborate with you to set goals around gaining strength, fitness, movement or bodily changes and create exercise programs that help you reach those goals.
Personal Training can be regular sessions e.g 1-3 times a week to provide motivation and accountability, or occasional sessions e.g 1x a month to re-assess and update an existing program that you follow.

I treat the body and the brain, helping you understand the root causes of tension and pain—and reprogram the patterns that create them.

As a Strength Coach, Massage Therapist, and former Computer Programmer, I combine biomechanics, brain science, and hands-on therapy to optimize movement. I specialize in how walking, breathing, and sitting impact the body, especially jaw, neck, and hip tension.

Your session starts with objective tests to map tension patterns. We’ll then use targeted exercises, breathwork, and manual therapy to create lasting change. You’ll leave with a personalized program to maintain progress and build a stronger foundation.

I started my training journey at Enhanced Performance in 2016, first as a trainee, then a mentee and a coach. This was a pivotal change in my life to realize that strength training could be actually fun!

My approach to movement and fitness for private clients starts with a conversation and an assessment. During that time, we will get to know each other and plan on ways I can assist you on your journey, whatever that journey may be. I’ve helped clients prepare for multi-day hikes, programmed exercises to compliment a new hobby (be it golf or pickleball), helped clients bridge the transition between private and group training and worked with painful or limited movement through curious exploration of available motions.

I came to Vancouver as a teenager from the city of Krasnoyarsk in Siberia, Russia. I got a degree in Cell Biology and Genetics and a minor in German Studies. I worked in academia researching Food Sciences While working as a chemist, analyzing food and drugs, I challenged myself through regular and consistent strength training and sticking long enough to learn how life changing that could be. I’m inspired to help people like me to find the benefits of consistent strength training.

I really like the concept of “pushing the needle” and live it by challenging myself on multi-day hikes, exploring circular movements using steel maces and studying asymmetrical biomechanics combining strength training and PRI correctives (Postural Restoration Institute).

I’m an immigrant that lives, trains and moves on the unceded lands of Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh nations (Vancouver, BC, Canada). I identify as Queer, I believe in body neutrality; I’m working on unlearning bias (conscious and unconscious) especially when it comes to race, I would like to see radical business ideas come to life, I’m working on understanding trauma informed strength training.
